Still can’t believe Hearts had better options off the bench than us yesterday. It’s going to be a long season. The likes of Nsiala and Ignamane are no where to be seen. We really need to be hard with trash like Ben Davies and force him out the club. Guy looks like a vegan HR worker not a centre half in the SPFL. Get him in every day 10-6 make him run all day and make him go to places like Bo’ness with the B team but don’t play him just make him stand in the rain and watch. But then he’d probably enjoy it. If he wasn’t a professional footballer he’d probably be some goth listening to my chemical romance and watching manga anime.

Yeah I’d agree with that, shit show by committee. I stick by my original point though that Gio escaped the same criticism other managers got for bad signings.

If they werent his signings then whose signings were they? Ross Wilson wasnt a scout or a football man. The manager would have signed off on them 100%.

We are just going to have to accept that this season will be a wage tank and building on next, we barely have the squad to fight for the league never mind 2 cups and europe.

Beale gets pelters for his stinking transfer business and quite rightly so, but Gio seems to get off lightly for 2 of our worst signings ever. Matondo and Davies are both dreadful for the fee & wages. Tragic.

Oh well. Maybe next season. We could have hoped for better but in reality we all knew this would be the outcome. Injuries, players looking uninterested, no urgency, manager delighted with his new contract as he’ll get a better pay off in October. This needs fresh faces to turn it around and im not confident the club has the capability or capacity to add enough. 2-3 new players won’t cut it.
