Cal mate we are never going to agree on this but the debate was good. But I do think some on here should point out that the Bears from Ulster will always be welcome, because the feeling coming off this thread is we don't want you or your politics. Knowing full well that you can't separate politics from everyday life its involved with everything we do. -

Why do they keep using Castle Grayskull that was the home of the good guy, oh well never mind. They certainly don't sound to confident do they. -
At least you'd be wanted at home mate.

They need to get the timing just right so the Rangers and Celtic balls are still cold after coming out the freezer. -

Well if you've nothing against the colour Orange, the OO or the Sash. Then lets get the Orange 3rd kit on the shelves and make some money for the club. :thup : If you don't think an Ulster Bear reading this thread would wonder if he's stumbled onto the wrong site then I give up. Oh and if you call me a liar again will have a problem ok. -

Are a politician Cal because you never answer a question, you just go off one a rant about this and that. You've as much as called anyone who wants an Orange strip bigots for wanting to be associated with the OO, when everyone has pointed out that the colour Orange means much more than just the OO to a lot of people. And to answer your question, the bit where Ulster Bears should be condemned for asking for an Orange strip and then the subsequent crap written about them on this thread. -

What special treatment have they got, they asked for something that's it and a lot of fans not from Ulster will buy it in their thousands so going by that argument the majority of fans want something and are getting special treatmant so it's a bad thing, or is it because the Ulster bears asked for it that so upsets you. First time this was mentioned was by a fan in the queue for tickets, I doubt very much he came all the way over just to buy tickets and have the off chance to ask CG the infamous question. -

At least this thread has shown one thing and thats the utter contempt some Rangers fans have for certain sections of our support. Hope you Muslim, Jew, even Catholic I do know a couple or whatever religion of Rangers fan you are learn from this lesson and keep your heads down and sit and clap very politely. -

You know why they asked for it, it's in their culture, their total way of life, its in their blood and enough of it has been spilled so they can keep it. A lot of it for your benefit in both world wars I may add, you do know the colour comes from a flower and not some bigots warped mind just to upset the Catholics as some would have us believe. -

Your getting caught up on the Protestant thing of course our support is of many cultures as I've said before, we are a broad church but you can't split who a fan is before he walks through the turnstile and who he is when he's sitting in his seat, that's just nonsense. As for the Britishness many on here have expressed their concern that we wave the Union flag about so much when we are a Scottish club. -

Again lots of this is what I don't want us to be about and nothing about what we are. Being proud of your history has nothing to do with them if you can't get grasp that these days you never will, some seem to think our history is defined by our hatred of them. I spend exactly no time in my day thinking about them and if we never had to meet for 90 mins (which we wont for a while) I never would. I'm defined by the love of my culture and my club both are intertwined for me and I hope they never come apart, I'm happy in that shell.
