Looking ahead to Tuesday. I am highly unlikely to make it to a TV or computer with broadband and so I'll be following via my phone and text. I would prefer to do that on this site rather than any other and so would deeply appreciate it if one or more of you could guarantee to keep the match thread updated. If no-one confirms that they can do this, I will have to follow elsewhere. My problem, I realise and so is just a request in advance. No problem if not and I will be back reading on Wednesday.

The Summer 2018 Transfer Window Rumours and Deals
SteveC replied to der Berliner's topic in Rangers Chat
We won't have too many mifldfielders, not nearly. At least four will be hospitalised for large parts of the season and most of those not injured will be suspended. We'll be playing people out of position to cover by November and have to bring in emergency replacements in January. If we are anywhere even near the chance of a title at the split, we will get another horrendous run of fixtures and all midfielders will get suspensions. We will have none left to play for us in May and be complaining about lack of midfield cover. CheeryLoyal aka Realisticloyal. -
Goodnight all. Official YouTube site are putting the goals up quite rapidly so 4 and 5 should be there any minute. (You can follow previous links and soon find them, I am sure...) All the best PS 4th

So, I did start it! Just keep enjoying the game. Pitch is worrying though. What's the story there?

The SFA might not have the money but their puppet masters do, plus Rangers' hating legal teams on call.

The Summer 2018 Transfer Window Rumours and Deals

A Liverpool take on this transfer: "Flanagan looks miles off the player that broke into the Liverpool first team back in the 2013/14 season and a fresh move now seems like the right thing for his career. The right-back has lost his way a bit since a long-term injury and has not really rediscovered his best touch out on loan. He looks set to become the latest player to join the Steven Gerrard era in Scotland and there is every chance he could be a success for them. Meanwhile, it is good to see Reds manager Jurgen Klopp offloading the deadwood in his squad this summer... " live4liverpool.com -
Europa League QR3: Rangers / Maribor v FC Ufa / Progres
SteveC replied to pete's topic in Rangers Chat
They'd be ecpected to beat Progres though, would they not? I thought Progres were down near the foot of the rankings Berwick will never be forgotten because we had a truly great team on the park. (And unfortunately playing cards until the wee hours on the morning of it - according to Bud - driving too, doubtless ) That was my first year of going to games regularly and, as I have said on here before, it was our most highly placed team in any objective European ranking. We beat Dortmund and would've beat Bayern in any country other than Germany and would have even there had it not been for, yes... Berwick. -

But it wouldn't wipe it off. The Berwick stain remains although we've beaten them since. -
Miller & Wallace Disciplinary Hearing in mid-August

Yes, the myth part is that he did when celebrating breaking his duck v. us. He went potty when he scored. The commentator that it was out of pure or sheer relief. He extravagantly thumped has chest but did not kiss the badge on that occasion, at least. Whether he ever did or not, I can't say as I only saw him against us, but if he did it is mistakenly mixed up with that particular OTT outburst of joy. I've not heard the interview because it was on, quelle surprise, the BBC. For all he has done positive for us, there seems to be a negative to counterbalance things.
