    OOps Time - during work I misread you saying Murray Park wouldn't be next on the block (calling it Auchenhowie is just chirlish. Charles Green never had it renamed have you done it for us officially?)

    Why wouldn't Murray Park (i'ts still called that) be next on the platter? - fans have already made clear that Ibrox is a no go for any kind of sale/leaseback. Murray Park is easy - the Scottish Sports Council has a small payback if used for anything other than sporting use (believe the payback is 50k) and Greater Glasgow is expanding so much, it would be easy to get that area included in the next Local Plan as a designated housing area. I work in Local Government in planning - they could designate it at the drop of a hat, (it is an obvious chice for high value residential development if available to developers) no bungs required to officials! As an objective planner - Auchenhowie is worth 10x the land that the lady sits on.

    Funny answer - I had assumed that the ensemble in Glasgow were in fact BPH. That they selected Murray Park to look at, rather than a wander roon the Blue Room at Ibrox suggested to me a hive-off. Am I thinking too much? Just take it at face value some foreign punters wishing to travel half way round the world to see a super facility?

    Mikey is not a super-rich fan calscot. He couldn't care 2 hoots for Newcatle or Rangers fortunes so long as it nets his core business even more money. He has Newcasle tied-up........gets every penny anytime a Newcastle shirt is sold - I believe that is the truth now with us too after the takeover of superstore/airport/NI. Why else would he TUPE the employees to his company? Out of the goodness of his heart? PLEASE read/listen to the Sports Direct AGM

    Cash in bank was stated by QC as £1.2mill in front of a Law Lord.......Rangers have agreed to give him an undisclosed amount of that in settlement of his claim - what is so difficult to understand????? My girl is German - maybe she can help you if explain it en Deutsch? We are here to help with your lack of understanding to 1st language.     I do not understand your train of thought today - if Mr Easedale called you and said - "hi mate, would you accept £400k and I'll wire it to you now instead of the £630k you want and let's forget High Court?" What would your reply be Frankie? The club have these funds and were willing to settle out-of-court to avoid an expensive battle I must presume they have been told were likely to lose.

    It is over and done with now - I read these settlements occasionally in my professional life on behalf of a local authority of all things (pavement spills)!!!! People are just too wary here because of the context

    Having read elsewhere, I'd wager the settlement was £500,000 which is "significantly lower" (accurate in statement) than he was claiming for - another High Court Battle would have cost us a shedload of QC fees

    Please re-read the statement - my belief is that we've paid him off and for an an undisclosed amount less than the total he claimed. That sum pbobably carries a silence order on it to shut him up.
