I thought Davis was terrific! Okay--he drifted out of the game for spells, but I thought he was at the heart of our best chances. McGregor gifted them the goal, but there was a series of brain-farts before it. Saying that, if he stays on his line Katic puts the guy under pressure and gives him a more difficult chance. McGregor coming out gifts him the goal.

FT, 1-1. We huffed and puffed -- I can't fault the effort -- but the quality is lacking; our confidence is so low too. I thought Davis was fantastic. Grezda looks to be a good option, if we can get him back fit. It was just one moment of complacent stupidity. It happens far too often.

I'm not sure that would help, to be fair. It's the stage before the ball gets to the strikers/forwards that is letting us down. His movement might bring something, though.

We started very well, gifted them a goal, and we're now running about like headless chickens. There is a real lack of quality and confidence in playing that final pass.
