Numan was never a central midfielder. He may have been a left sided Number 10 if you want but he was more wide than central and I don't give a shit what he wrote as I watched FC Twente for years. I am not saying Dalcio is a player but I will say that one of the worst performances of a winger getting put back to a wing-back was Arthur Numan. He turned out not bad.

We have had most of the play but not really been dangerous. Murphy had a couple of nice moves and I agree Goss looks a not bad player. Tav looks like Mr Bean on Holiday and Kranjcar should be smoking his pipe on a rocking chair on a Croatian veranda. Apart from that a typical Friendly game.
