Aye, agreed, Lammers ball through which led to Simas second was a peach.
Great to see Big Dessers get a good send off at the end, that'll help his confidence even more than scoring.

Is that 7 in 7 for Sima?....

I'm not accused of being reasonable very often, thanks. 😉

I believe there are players we could do with moving on, some who should get more time, and some we need to keep, but all of them will get a chance, mainly as its October and there's nothing that can be done for a few months.
But, history is littered with managers that got a tune out of previously unheralded or underperforming players.

He has to say that, really.

If we get offered good money for him, and our new DoF 🙏🏻 has a good alternative, off we go. Its what we should have done with others in the last couple of years

I'd argue that we had it under Gerrard. I was expecting it under Beale after pre-season but it just never appeared.
Nail on head Bluedell.

Lol true. When I used to do backshifts I watched the games I'd missed at 3x speed, and slowed when something looked promising, maybe Philipe is the same 😆

Can’t argue with this appointment. That’s a very decent CV. Time to get excited again.
Absolutely, Very exciting times indeed. A proper manager, for the first time in a very, very long time. The Belgian football podcast guy was very good yesterday on radio, was great to hear Big Eck and Buffel too. The guy must've been sitting near PC on his flight over last week and said he sat and watched our recent games on his tablet all the way over.

Rumours Butland isn't happy? Sounds like made up nonsense.

A kerala blaster sounds like something that required Rizla in its, ahem, assembly.

Agreed, but is getting to a cup final something that would delay him leaving? I could see that if this game actually was the final....

If it were celement he could be announced any time.
Unless there's others to negotiate, ie his whole team, and a DOF.

Territorial Army?.

He's one of these David Healy types that seems to revel in international football, but is average at club level.
Maybe he's just not had the right manager at club level as yet.

If it's Clement and Mitchell, then its a wee bit more negotiating. 😉

Agreed Bill, this has to be the right appointment, it shouldn't be rushed.

That's the spirit warpig, positivity.

I was hoping for some news this week, but nothing yet. As Gonzo said earlier, need to take it as a positive that the press know about as much as we do, nothing in the (online) rags either.

Taking away any of the chat about who would host such events, in no way should a country the size of Scotland, with the financial constraints that our footballing authorities have, ever be wasting any more money on a national stadium. It's a grotesque luxury, and not even a good one.

It's interesting that 54 members voted in the poll about sacking Beale but only 22 (so far) appear to give a shit whether Muscat or Clement take the reins. In fact more people voted against sacking Beale than have voted for Muscat and Clement combined. Clearly, we are far more concerned with the past than the future.
People's anger always comes to the fore, creativity and making a choice, not so much. Social media is pretty much based on this.

Something Leeanne Crichton said yesterday (I believe she's a bear?) That it was reflective of Beale that a fit John Souttar was ever on the bench.
I'd agree, I think he's a superb player.
