I can't condone what this guy did to his girlfriend.

That said, the whole justice system in this country is based on rehabilitation, rather than punishment (much to some folk's disgust). If the guy has served his time, he's entitled to go back to work in whatever profession he chooses - in this case, football.

For what it's worth, I think his signing was an unnecessary risk and draws more unwanted negative attention towards the club. But I'm not the Rangers manager (thankfully).

We should be bringing in someone (ideally) that is scoring in about 50% of games played on average.  Someone that is at least getting into double figures for a season.

Well, 229 min + 226 min + 621 min = 1076 min or almost 12 full matches.

5 goals in 12 matches is (give or take) 42% strike rate...

4LHAD tweeted earlier that it was just a scheduled scan on his knee and nothing to worry about.
