Walter Smith, you are the weakest link - GOODBYE!

Recommended Posts

As the title says. It's as simple as that really. Only problem is, our next manager will be the cheap option.

Anyway, do you now think that he has realised that his uber defensive and boring team tactics aren't working and he'll ditch them for another more attacking tactic and team selection? Nah, me neither!

Defensive at home against weaker teams, defensive away from home against weaker teams and defensive in cup finals where it's a one off game. It's not acceptable but it's become the norm these days.

How Naismith was left out of the squad yesterday is an unbelieveable decision to make considering he's arguably our best striker, if of course, he's played in that position. It's not a given these days! Kenny Misser is a joke of a player.

His selection policy is mind boggling.

Fucked off and fed up.

Throwing a bomb into the mix here as well Gav, ive been arguing with my dad that he has been a worse manager than Advocaat.

WS has royally fucked us in a financial sense also. I put the lost 10M Champions Lge money at his door. Combine this with the summer signing policy - another 9M waste (Velicka, Miller, Laugherty, Edu - why buy him and not play him), and you have a lost £19M.

Advocaat was allowed to spend money to gain progress in Europe, and with the exception of Flo and Konterman, you cant argue that he brought in quality players and lifted our standard of football.

The team that finished the final yesterday was a throw back to the end of last seasons team bar Mendes. None of the above players have contributed anything apart from a Laugherty goal in the league.

How anyone can defend WS on this seasons exploits is farcical.

Walter Smith is a waste of fukking space and should be sacked out of hand this morning. He would be if we didn't suffer from the double whammy of an inept manager AND an incompetent chairman. Here's something for you Dave if you're looking in.......

Our last six results against celtic, guess in which one we didn't adopt a defensive 4-5-1 formation?

Lost 2-1; Lost 3-2; Won 4-2; Lost1-0; Drew 0-0; Lost 2-0

Before the final on Sunday, celtic had lost 2, drawn 1 and beaten Queens Park. The mega brain in our manager's head still saw them as something to fear however and used the same tactics that haven't beaten them once in the last five attempts.

If he has one decent decision left in him. Walter will lift his pen and write that resignation letter today.
