in 3 years time, these will be the lads that will be competing for spots in an u23 team...

I just don't get why the other associations are against the thought of a british team for the olympics in 2012! I would love it, assuming UEFA allow it as a one-off (although that's one way we could join the prem?) kinda like the lions for the rugby but not as regular!

Would love to see a team GB with the likes of Fleck and Wilson in the team

we played ok in the first half but they were too powerful for us and deserved to win.....

The defending for the second goal was terrible. The left back for Scotland was miles off his man and got turned like a kipper.

I thought we did ok, until their strength told in the second half. The England forwards were probably quicker and stronger than most SPL players.

I always feel a little bit disappointed in Flecks first touch, Stephen Stirling the best of the midfielders, and the two centre backs stood up well, considering the right back was woeful.

yes it was bad, they were fast on the wings and also missed some sitters. they seem so much more physical, stronger and faster than what we have........especially the black guys in their team, i was impressed with a few of them....

Totally agree with that. They were physically bigger and stronger than us. At one point the left back was contentending for the ball with one of the black guys and he was shrugged off with the minunum of effort.

Men against boys in most areas of the park.
