I have also heard that,don't know how much truth there is in it?,doesn't really explain his actions, if he was returning from international duty whe he should have been then he would be playing regularly ??

In the other thread I voted he should play. He is arguably our best player.

Captain or not, I am seriously concerned about Weir's pace these days.

 

I have nothing but respect for the guy and I know it may be harsh leaving him out but I would consider it.

 

Apart from that, I'd leave Whittaker out - I've never been his biggest fan if I'm honest.
