Report and round up of today's games against Celtic

http://rfcyouths.wordpress.com/2013/10/20/development-teams-meet-celtic/

I got to watch those U13's train the week before. Niyah's style makes him look a little lazy but he sure knows where the goal is. Dapo is lightning quick and just back from a leg break too whilst when I was there Dylan had great vision and awareness. Rangers are very excited by this group.

Mathew Shiels of the U14's also trained that night and he also knows how to find the back of the net - he is also returning from injury.

Who is it that coaches these lads?

Is this before they come under the influence of Sinclair?

Jim McNee heads up the Junior academy (u12 and below), Sinky has little involvement with the junior academy, not sure who the other coach was last night.

Never heard that name before. Where did he come from?

Thanks for keeping us informed mate, appreciated.

He has been at Rangers since 2002, so pre-dates Sinky by some years, he was previously at Motherwell. Sinky appointed him Head of the Junior Academy, he seems to be doing a decent job at that level as the younger teams have a lot of talented players. Its difficult to judge at 7-a-side as its a totally different game when compared to 11-a-side, difficult to play a long ball game at 7's.

He is a PE instructor in the prison service.
