sorry to ask about more bad news , but how is the RYD insolvent , not heard anything about this

It's what is called technically insolvent. Its liabilities are more than its assets. It is kept going by the fact that its main creditor (the club) will not be asking for the debt to be paid.

As it's wholly owned, it doesn't really matter, but any cash going into RYD can't be ring-fenced as it could end up just getting repaid to the club.

It's not a big deal but the bottom line is that RYD can't be looked at as a separate company. It is wholly reliant on its parent to keep it going.

Yes and no. It is the same company that they were linked with, but there has been a lot of misconceptions about their involvement due to the misleading interviews that took place when it was all set up.

1. They were never directors

2. They never invested any cash into it

3. They were never eligible for any of the profits of the company.

4. They did give the company interest free loans. I believe that these loans have now been repaid.
