Seems like an apt time to wish the bhoys a very merry Xmas!

I'd also like to say Merry Xmas to any Scottish Celtic fans lurking on the forum - enjoy your turkey bhoys!

Special xmas wishes go out to any Celtic fans in the ROI. We know you love this time of year and your bhoys have really made your Xmas a Special one!

Im pissed off because I backed Killie at 6/1 and they were 5 mins away from winning. Killie have been good away of late and Celtic have been shite at home drawing with Dundee Utd, Inverness and getting torn apart by us in the 2nd half in the last OF game so I had a flutter on Killie.

Read the report on the BBC then look at the teams. Without doubt the worst celtic team since early 90s when they almost went bust. Didnt even recognise half the names.

Cant wait for the NY OF derby, WS gets a strong side out and we should pump them.

Mixu Paatelainen feels his Kilmarnock side played their worst game of the season away to Celtic on Tuesday night, despite coming within a whisker of taking all three points back down the road to Ayrshire.

Only Thomas Rogne's equaliser five minutes from time spared the home side's blushes, after Conor Sammon had put Killie in front early in the second half with a swift counter attacking effort.

Paatelainen was unhappy with his team's overall performance in Glasgow however, saying his team didn't perform to the levels expected of them after a solid start to the season, which sees the Rugby Park side in fifth.

“I told the players that was embarrassing,” the former Hibs boss told BBC Radio Scotland. “We can play a lot better.

“It wasn't there. Our movement, our passing has been better. The players were too eager to get on the ball in the wrong areas instead of making sure they caused Celtic problems.

“Football is a funny game: it's crazy. This was probably the worst we have played.

“We didn't pass the ball well. Our starting positions were not right. Yet, we should have won it.

“It's disappointing to lose a set-piece goal after all that hard effort and real togetherness in defending.”

Well said Mixu. :D
