All Bheast FC transfer rumours and movement

On loan from Everton.

Everton striker James Vaughan is joining Celtic on loan for the rest of the season in a shock move that includes a Ã?£250,000 ââ?¬Ë?rentalââ?¬â?¢ payment.

Hitman Vaughan's deal at the Glasgow giants could turn into a permanent transfer if he is a success north of the border.

Vaughan has been sold on the idea of the Celtic switch despite Championship side Crystal Palace trying for him and offering Everton £850,000 for his signature on a permanent transfer.

Palace, who had the player on loan earlier this season, are stunned that Everton have taken less money from Celtic and snubbed the chance of selling Vaughan, who was also a target for Hull and Cardiff in the past few weeks.

Vaughan will go straight into the Celtic side - it is a chance for him to prove his fitness after a couple of indifferent years in England.

Everton chief David Moyes is ready to let Vaughan go to one of his former clubs and hopes to land a striker of his own in the next few days with the money raise from that deal - and the sale of midfielder Steven Pienaar to Tottenham.
