It is very common for a Company's Registered Office to not even be an address they actually operate out of. It is quite common for either law firms or Corporate Secretarial firms to have their own office as the Registered Address for companies. We had to have a company for tax filings in the UK even thoguh we only operate out of Bermuda. We hired Jordan's Corporate Secretarial Services and their offices were our Registered Address, and that is the address we use for our company letterhead. AFAIK they are obligated to have the Registered Office certificate available for perusal should an interested party request it.
