FINANCE - The Chairman regards it as necessary to pursue a twin-track approach in the current climate with both cost cutting and income generation being the keys to financial health. He used the example of Manchester United operations base in London where they engage with major corporations to exploit commercial value. He is actively seeking to establish an office for Rangers in the city of London - he regards the club as a big one and thinks itâ??s time we started acting in a manner befitting one. He also believes Rangers has vast untapped potential.

What happened to The Rangers FC Group Ltd office at 4 Bedford Row, London? Oh, wait a minute! That's the address of Collyer Bristow.

Not sure if you are trying to suggest something here or just answering your own question :D

I genuinely thought Whyte's company The Rangers FC Group Ltd had an office at that address because it was the address given for the company in the shareholders circular. It turns out though, that The Rangers FC Group's presence at No.4 Bedford Row consists of some paperwork in Gary Withey's office.

No it isnt.

It is very common for a Company's Registered Office to not even be an address they actually operate out of. It is quite common for either law firms or Corporate Secretarial firms to have their own office as the Registered Address for companies.

We had to have a company for tax filings in the UK even thoguh we only operate out of Bermuda. We hired Jordan's Corporate Secretarial Services and their offices were our Registered Address, and that is the address we use for our company letterhead.

It isnt surprising at all.

There will be a plaque at Jordan's Corporate Secretarial Services with your companies name on it or at some information confirming that it is the registered office of your company, no?

AFAIK they are obligated to have the Registered Office certificate available for perusal should an interested party request it. Dont think plaques are required.

Requirement is to display name of company at Reg Office. Dont believe there is a requirement for a plaque.
