I suspect the Albion remains owned by Premier Property Group, the 95% majority share holder of said company being David E Murray. SDM purchase both the Archery and Tennis clubs immediately next door to Auchenhowie. Further, he purchased the farm land surrounding the training ground too. I do not know if he still has these land assets in his property portfolio? I wonder if SDM had the terroir of Auchenhowie tested? Isn't there now a long-term mortgage on the land?
