Strathlclyde Police have never even hinted that the game might be off, how can rumours of the opposite be factually correct? The same goes for season tickets, an assurance has been given that this season and next's season tickets will be safe and valid. My understanding is that the police did state informally that they would require assurances of full payment. Edit - see post 14. Seems strange that they have already had a meeting if they weren't hinting that there were issues over the game. As for the assurances of season tickets - who gave that? Whyte? He doesn't have that power. Only the administrators currently can do that. If you're able to second-guess the Administrators then great, but I'll wait until they they make the decisions and continue to point out the various options that they have. The administrators, assuming they are good at their job (and most, to be fair, are good given their backgrounds), are there to seek the best possible solution for the club to maintain its existence and identity. You've actually got a conspiracy theory about the admin team what next Aliens exist. Anyway the press release say Clark and Whitehouse not Greir or is that a conspiracy as well. The fact the admin team might be a little more favourable to Rangers should be a good thing not an excuse to have a pop at Whyte again. David Grier has not been appointed as one of the administrators though. His firm has been retained, but the administrators themselves are Whitehouse and Clark. Looking at their bios I was somewhat relieved that Clark is a qualified accountant as well as insolvency practitioner. You know as well as I do that he will have ethical standards to uphold. It is highly unlikely that he will put 30+ years of experience down the toilet just for the sake of Craig Whyte. However hopefully there won't be an issue.
