Early Daily Mail report on the match.

Agree with what Barry had to say.

I'll hand it to him he has now produced the goods in the last few games, hopefully he just has a bruising to the rib and is not out as id like to see him continue this form.

At last he seems to be getting forward and dictating play. The opposition last night gave Liverpool 2 good games so they werent mugs. Ive been critical of ferguson but ive maybe been slightly harsh in the sense that when he plays with a Clement type player he is better and Clement hasnt been available with him this season for more than a few games.

Now lets see Hemdani and Clement sit in the midfield with Barry given a free role in midfield now.

What I want to know is how a guy ran the full length of the pitch and managed to handcuff himself to the goalpost?

The guy deserved to be chucked into the Maccabi end to let the fans give out the punishment.
