Quite baffling how they have gone about their business. Why not sell season ticket but put the income in escrow?

Difficult to sell season tickets when its unclear what league we will play in next season.

Correct me if I am wrong - until the ticketus issue is resolved I believe it would be pretty difficult for us to carry out season ticket sales

But if there isn't actually any provision within the SPL rules to demote us, I'd be pretty confident about us playing in it next season. As to what the product will be like then who knows?

If the SPL hit us with both a points & Financial penalty then it may be in our interests to resign and apply to join the SFL.

Sarah Bell from Duff and Phelps told rangers.co.uk: "We have three previously undeclared bidders, one of which is seeking a stand-alone CVA and the other two following the same plan as Bill Miller, ie an asset sale to a newco with the old company exiting through CVA. "Of course if it is a stand-alone CVA then that will take several weeks to do and one of the aspects of that will be funding over that longer period but if a party was willing to fund that period then we could extend the deadline.

Oh oh, here we go....

Now they're trotting out someone else to contradict what they've said previously. Paul Clark said only last week in a TV interview after they named Miller as preferred bidder that a stand-alone CVA would be likely to take a couple of months.
