Kennedy Hits Back At D&P.

BBC saying PB will be named tomorrow. Between the Knights and the UK consortium - both CVA based.

Ergo these are the two Whyte will "sell" his shares to, wonder what the cost of that particular deal is (non financially speaking).

I wasn't. Those names terrify me.

That reminds me! Did anyone ever get to the bottom of why Aiden Earley (SP?) was supposedly saying that he was part of Craig Whyte's Rangers consortium?

Eh, because he is!...:ninja:....joking aside the Jerome Pension monies is effectively Whyte and Earley so basically it is true he is part of it. Interesting though that Duff & Phelps withdrew any claim RFC plc had to the £3.6m that was found in the Collyer Bristow account that has the side effect of increasing the chances of Whyte and Earley getting their hands on that money, how f*&ked is that?

The £250k payment to Banstead Athletic still has to be explained, I assume since we haven't heard to the contrary that Duff & Phelps aren't challenging its' validity?
