Is it possible for CW to sell/transfer his shares & therefore ownership outwith the administration???

Basically, could CW transfer/sell his shares to Kennedy who could then force through a CVA???

Yes, Whyte can sell his shares to anyone.

If he was to sell/transfer them to Kennedy, where would the Administration stand??? Would he be able to push through his own/BK's CVA proposal or even simply pay off the clubs debt from his own pocket if he wanted???

The big question for me now regarding Whyte's shares is what he plans to do with them now that Ticketus are taking legal action against him. I think there might be a huge question mark hanging over whether or not Whyte will stick to his agreement with Kennedy and I don't say that as an attack on TBK because I like Brian Kennedy and would back fully him if he and TBK take over the club.
