I was referring initially to the previous deal that fell through when Ticketus pulled out. Edit: I'd argue that it was arguably worse than this one, so TBKs don't have a huge moral ground here. the gunslinger said: the share issue was to be much down the line and there's no indication of repayment and some that it wouldnt. I still don't see what the big deal is, end of the day if we come out of this with a CVA we are paying back a HELL of a lot less than we should be with all the debt we are potentially paying off at pennies in the pound.
