HMRC Fail to agree CVA.

Recommended Posts

I feel like I have been mugged. The fans have paid their taxes and for most of our 140 year history so has the club. Those responsible must now be brought to book.

Jail time for Whyte, hopefully.

Looks like a CVA was never going to be an option, no matter what D&P, Green or TBK did.

Yes they have lied to us and quite a few fell for it including myself, but there was some who warned us of course :)

Murray and Whyte locked up in barline with a group of bears and a gers supporting security guard, who turns a blind eye. Justice.

They may have wanted a newco I'm not convinced they wanted a straight liquidation carried out by someone other than themselves.

Does that not mean that Charles Green's deal with Craig Whyte is now off?

As far as I'm aware it needed a successful CVA for the deal to be implemented so the deal will be off, the shares have zero value and zero significance but what happens with the floating charge is another matter one school of thought says that's worthless another school of thought differs.

green can get to fuck if he thinks I am subscribing to shares in his newco. he can replace the shares that have been in my family for decades for free if he wants.

oh and I've read his cva. his numbers in that statement aren't true.

A bit harsh on Green as he didn't put us in this position. You obviously don't like Green but don't let your hate run your head. I am still on the fence with Green but one thing is for certain at this moment, up until now he has only tried to help the club. I can understand you are disappointed about losing your shares but your anger should be aimed at Murray and Whyte and not Green
