A Labour-supporting developer who was helped by the disgraced former leader of Glasgow City Council was previously declared â??unfitâ? to run a company, the Sunday Herald has learned.

Allan Stewart, a partner in housebuilders Stewart & McKenna, was banned from acting as a company director for seven years in the 1990s and twice declared bankrupt.

Born Allan Stewart Bulloch, the 53-year-old rebuilt his career under a new name.

Anyone but TBK, dear lord.

The point is that people being 'Rangers men' gives them no divine right when it comes to bids getting accepted. If they cash isn't put up they're as bad as any other failed bidder, however nice and secure it would be to have them running us.

I wish the SFA and SPL would just get on with booting us out and we can re-join the SFL in Div 3.

If it's with Green, or however, we start from scratch.

It might have the effect of concentrting the minds of all involved and hopefully stop this ever lengthening line of "Real Rangers" businessmen saying they know what's best.

Playing football is what's best, no matter in what div, and there's always the chance of gubbing septic at least twice a year in the cups.
