This doesn't appear to make sense. When did they buy it? From who? Green? Can't have been D&P. Why would Ticketus buy it? They have no legal claim over newco. we know green was struggling for cash. we know whytes on the hook to ticketus we know ticketus were involved in many bids we know tickets went to court claiming the owned seats at the stadium. I don't understand the mechanism for this.
