and force this licence issue. perhaps not quite yet but times running out before the weekend.

Jim farry lost his job for delaying a player's registration yet here we are 3.5 days from our first game and no licence.

we can't trade properly. we can't play friendlies or get money we are due. its grossly unfair and probably illegal.

The SFA and SPL's actions have been a disgrace from start to finish during this disaster. They blatantly obstructed and hampered the administration & takeover process and it's just been keeping getting worse by the week. They haven't done one single thing to help Rangers and for that, they should be ripped to shreds. The SFA & SPL should be gutted, smashed to pieces and rebuilt by people who know the true meaning of words like "integrity" and "disrepute".

Could it not be argued we're the ones holding it back?

A lot of things could be argued and all be valid...

Duff & Phelps messed about and were extremely slow at times during our administration process. They were accused of this by several parties who submitted bids. They were also accused of being slow to provide information when asked to do so (including by the Court IIRC).

Certain bidders also seemed to mess about a fair bit and that slowed up the process too, although to be fair to the bidders, Duff & Phelps were no doubt playing games with them all. Even Bill Miller (the US bid) was messed about by Duff & Phelps because when he pulled out he claimed that the information they had given him wasn't accurate.

Add to that the issues with the players causing a delay in the process.

Then add in the stumbling blocks and delays put in front of the administrators by the SPL & SFA. They helped Duff & Phelps to delay the bidding process and run up a higher bill for the administration & legal costs (meaning less money for creditors, so less chance of getting a CVA approval), but they certainly didn't help Rangers because changing the rules and sanctions changed the whole landscape for the bidders who were interested in buying our club.

That's not even a full run down because there's lots of different aspects to consider.

1) I complain about HMRC for not coming out before they did regarding CVAs in general, no matter whether they wanted to see the proposal in the first place.

2) Zappa sure looks better than Lenin (at least now).

3) You wonder what the legal investigation into the Whyte take-over will bring to light and how we will react if found not-guilty. That is, we've been a victim of fraud and the SFA and SPL have not been helpful in any way, quite the contrary. Will we sue them for compensation? Then again, if we sue these beggars (just think of that proposed underhand tv deal) for any sort of amount, Scottish football will be on the brink again!

4) While the club itself is in a rather weak position for any legal battles, why don't the shareholders of the oldco "lump" together and pursue legal ways?

Just noted this on FF ...

It has to be considered that the "right of appeal" is being denied because some c*nt would end up in jail for stealing documents from Ibrox stadium and passing them to the BBC, who in turn passed them to the SPL.

We should use the RFFF money now to put BBC Scotland in the dock to disclose who committed a criminal offence by stealing these documents.

For the SPL to use and rely upon evidence which has not been legally obtained must be deemed inadmissible.

Findlay could dig us out here, surely to f*ck?

This page claims that the BBC have seen evidence of no fewer than 45 side letters, by whom? This must be answered.

BTW, Souness had an EBT running with us? I was under the impression we started this only in 2001?
