Everyone blames HMRC for oldco collapse but forgets on Feb14 the BTC hadn't been decided ( we didn't owe anything) and it was Whyte not HMRC who had applied for administration because of unpaid PAYE & NI. The role of LBG is always overlooked in all of this. I repeat did they force SDM to sell to CW & if he didn't they'd withdraw all credit ? FFS MIH had borrowings of around £750m yet they seemed more concerned with Rangers £18m. My biggest wish is to find out if Fullerton & Kane at LBG blackmailed SDM into selling to CW. If he didn't co-operate they'd withdraw credit. Where is the money from the sale of the Arsenal shares?
