Steve1872 4
lifted from FF Today being the 42nd anniversary from our darkest day I decided to head to Ibrox before getting my bus from the Grapes. Was meeting my mate indoloyal who was back from Brazil standing outside Ibrox we paid or respects then decided to head to the main door. Standing outside Mr Green came out and approached us asking what we where up to? After telling him we where down before we headed to Annan he said " amazing ! Have you had breakfast ? You want something ? To which he invited us in and got us a plate of rolls! Next thing Sir Walter is with us and we have our photos taken ! Yes I know I will get " cool story bro! " ect but I think this is a change in our club. And long may it carry on!
craig 5,199
Say what you like about Green's running of the club but he does come across as a genuinely humble, decent human being.

DUDE 0
Breakfast with Walter sounds like one of the things you should have done before you go.
aweebluesoandso 290
He does the rounds around Ibrox every home game, Mr Green knows the value of his punters. He genuinely values his customers input and always make the Bears feel wanted.
Steve1872 4
lifted from ff I was invited to Ibrox hospitality today that included a visit to The Blue Room. I naively thought that I might have been there during the Loving Cup celebration. It wasn't to be unfortunately but it was a great day regardless! I did however meet Charles Green when he was doing a wee tour with some guys in the corridors and he pointed to a picture and said "and this is Eric Caldow!, I had to inform him that it was indeed Wee Willie Henderson. He acknowledged my unwarranted correction and carried on with his tour! When walking off, he gave me a wee wink and a thumbs up. The guy's trying hard to immerse himself in all that's Rangers..........and I was only too happy to keep him right on a few wee points!

Fantastic mate you must have felt privileged and good on ye for 'keeping him right' some fans have their doubts about Mr Green, I like the guy only because he came in and brought us to we are I'll always have my 'wee doubts' but your story gives me ever more optimistic hope. Keep an eye on him tho' buddy All the best
