Is there a need ?

Recommended Posts

At present the only book which looks at the Rangers crisis over the last 12 months has been written by someone with a particular hatred of our club. Is there a need for a book which seeks to look at the whole debacle from the perspective of the Rangers support ?

I ask because a number of bears have suggested I address this imbalance.

I think that it would be good for a definitive objective account of it to be written. However I'm not sure that it can be done yet. There is still some issues that requires clarification, eg D&P's role, and I'd reckon that much will come out in the fullness of time.

I also believe that it would not be a great seller at the moment. It's too recent in the memory for most bears and is still painful.

Perhaps in a few years.

I agree with some of the points raised - there is a distinct lack of clarity surrounding events - some we will sadly never know.

I was thinking something more around a timeline of events we do know and how it felt from a Rangers supporter's perspective.
