Orlit Enterprises to seek winding up order against Rangers

The purchase of the club was 5.5 million.

Add in the possibility that some debt was swapped for equity to the loan repayments.

We simply don't know how much was loaned but we know as an irrefutable fact that loans were made during the period Green was spouting the "no debt" mantra.

Perhaps but if the club is disputing their claims then it's nothing more than both trying to say they're right.

its still obviously an issue which needs addressed, you can paint it how you like mate but it doesnt look good. in fact, its embarassing. after all we went through last year this is the last thing we all need.

lets be honest this time last year we had been bought by a shyster with our own money and were facing a winding up order.

the more things change the more they stay the same.

Even you've never tried to claim Green is another Whyte.

There's nothing embarrassing at all about disputing a payment whether you win or not, the only embarrassment would be if it couldn't be paid.

Without the share issue, we couldn't pay it. Kinda explains the rush now. Wonder what other debts we might have in the shadows.
