Subject: [NARSA] FW: Meeting at Ibrox Today

niece was invited to a meeting at Ibrox, it took place before the

games this morning and Charles Green chaired it, see below minutes.

Hi,

Few things from the meeting today!

1. We will play a legends game v man utd on 6th May (Monday afternoon

because it's a bank holiday!). Teams will be made up of legends and

celebrities and there will be a raffle for fans to have the chance to play.

Proceeds to UNICEF and respective club charities.

2. Friendly v Linfied provisionally 9th April but dependant on Linfield

being able to get league fixtures moved.

3. Puma have been approached to design a "54 titles" top following the

tribunal verdict.

4. Charles Green has no interest in the statement made by Celtic, said more

interested in moving Rangers forward.

5. Blackthorn deal only for one year because we don't know where we will

play next year.

6. In discussions with with Uefa about lifting the European ban.

7. Looking to enter pre-contracts with at least 4 players out of contract at

the end of this season.

8. Will add to the squad to improve when the transfer embargo is lifted.

9. Asked supporters groups to do their best to stop sectarian singing, no

point in negotiating with Uefa for us to get banned for singing!

Not much else other than that, if I remember anything I'll let you know!

Don't understand point6 unless we get into top division. Is this likely to happen sooner than we think ? The scottish football governing bodies need us there otherwise SKY & other sponsors will walk away. Perhaps CG knows something he's not revealing

My point is that I think CG knows SKY & prospective sponsors won't touch Scottish football with a bargepole without Rangers in top division. I genuinely believe reconstruction will be determined by SKY & others & we'll be in top division next season . That's what CG could be insinuating.
