Don't know what you are talking about, nor can I follow your Sevco Scotland - Whyte link-up. I would assume that you do not know more about it than we all do and I for one keep my mind open enough to not see conspiracy all over the place. In terms of the SFA and HMRC, if not criminally guilty by allowing it to happen, they are certainly morally guilty. In terms of HMRC, they would not usually wait so long before coming the heavy with a company not paying tax. IIRC the SFA knew in Nov.
