Imran Ahmad stated so on RM. To be honest, we should be paying this for our manager. In fact we should be prepared to spend quite lavishly on this position because it is the most important person in the club.

 

However, in this instance the ability and the salary do not even begin to correlate. At times I find myself thinking, much like I did under McLeish, that we probably wouldn't do much worse if the players just picked themselves.

Any sensible Rangers fan with an ounce of intellect will be highly sceptical of him given we seem to have struggled to attract a single honourable individual in the past 15-20 years.

Everything connected with Rangers is embroiled in mistrust these days.

I just feel we are like a mouse being played with,by a cat before the final swipe of the claw. The thought of Green Whyte and Goldman is just making me very nervous that we are being played with. I thought Goldman Sachs are too big for games but then again so were lloyds and they played a major role in our demise.

As I say it is probably paranoia as 54 says, but it is for me very strange that Green Whyte and Goldman are so near to the heart of our club. I know many will say it is not Goldman that is buying the shares but it won't be the first time shares are bought by someone for another party.

Agree completely dB...there is absolutely NO WAY Ally is taking £750,000 a year out the club, it's ridiculous - where does this rubbish come from?

 

Sadly i think you may be wrong here mate. Both accounts attributed to Green and Ahmad on another forum gave details of staff salaries and other inside info not many, if any, other people could have known. Information which ultimately led to at least one of their departures.

McCoist was paid £175K in the 3 months to August 2012, which annualised is £700K, so not too ridiculous to suggest he's now on £750K.
