Somebody needs to sit him down and tell him to hit the bye line half a dozen times a half and put a decent ball in for Daly and Clark. He's trying to drift inside and beat two or three hammer throwing defenders who'll not just let him past them and in the leagues we've been in they generally get away with it.

The old cliche of "if you're good enough, they can't get you" springs to mind though.

I have to laugh. Wylde used to get slated despite doing exactly that all the time.

But on temps if hes to hit the bye line perhaps ally should play him on the right so he can cross with his good foot.

Wylde never had Temps' technique though. More to Temps IMO. All comes down to whether how much he wants it and if Ally can bring out the best in the lad, and fit him in.
