Thank you for that response which is in line with my own thinking. If that has happened and these one off costs were essentially a mechanism to pay back 'Ticketus' then surely there is a full paper trail. Surely this is fraudulent?

 

Without any proof of Ticketus involvement it's impossible to say, but no matter who's actually behind BPH, Margarita and other unknown entities, it's fair to assume that GreenCo and some of the initial investors who came in with them have already done quite well out of the deal/s.

 

Even if it's just by ending up with free or virtually free shareholdings they could end up making millions (as Green appears to have done already) because if the company get's through the current cash crisis, turmoil and period of uncertainty then back into the top flight, the value of their shareholdings is almost certain to increase as the company and Club become more stable.
