However a breaking story on FF surrounds a company calling shareholders and canvassing votes in favour of the current board. It appears they may be doing this illegaly - in order to postpone the meeting: AGM GUIDE TO MOTIONS AND PROXY VOTING - Any attempt to canvass for proxy votes will render the vote inadmissible.
