He had been a professional at Rangers since July 2012 and made his first-team debut in April 2013 against Clyde in Division Three and went on to make two more senior appearances that season. Stoney spent last season on loan to League One Stranraer where he made 34 appearances and scored two goals, as well as being involved in the League One play-offs. Last season, Andy won the Rangers Young Player of the Season award and we are delighted to have Andy on board with us here at Central Park.
