But the new contract shows he sees the potential and he's in the plans. I think Aird needs one last chance to show whether he's useful to us or not. He wasn't brilliant but did add some energy to the team and got into some useful positions. Seemed to be a bit lacking a bit in confidence and too shot-shy. Yesterday, Aird seemed to be playing the game situation rather going direct.
