Easyjet has flights to Bilbao from Gatwick and Stansted. i just did a quick check and you can go out on the 14th of March.and back on the 16th for �£103 including taxes. Edited to add that you can get a bus from Bilboa to Pamplona. According to http://www.laburundesa.com/ this company it takes just over 2 hrs and costs 12 euros.
