Though in saying that I expect they can quickly go downhill physically once the playing days are over and training is a distant memory. A disabled old man in Wales had the same fate. In the US its almost daily. The purpose of a taser is to stun and get the person in control, but 50000 volts - what do they expect. Its disgusting. It is the danger to people within the immediate vicinity that should determine whether a taser is deployed.
