The yahoos also have an big advantage in that their team has mostly been together for some time now.

 

In the summer we brought in 10 or 11 players. Bringing in that number is something we cannot keep doing each transfer window as we'll need to get a settled side at some point. Once we get a settled side( and I dont think we're there yet) we'll see an improvement

They're also profiting from their scouting network where they buy players cheap and punt them on to the Premiership for huge profits. Instead we have a tendency to buy second rate players for peanuts and their value never increases. It's doubtful we're going to find many future Premiership stars who are struggling in the lower leagues in England.
