They - despite being warned in advance by UEFA - have a concerted effort around the ground and hundreds of Palestinian flags inside it, and get a 10k fine. Utterly beyond joke. This is taken from the UEFA Disciplinary Regulation 2014 .... Article 19 - Recidivism1. Recidivism occurs if another offence of a similar nature is committed within: a) one year of the previous offence if that offence was punished with a one-match suspension; b) three years of the previous offence if that offence was punished with a two-match suspension; c) ten years of the previous offence if that offence was related to match-fixing or corruption; d) five years of the previous offence in all other cases. 2. Recidivism counts as an aggravating circumstance. FFers remark: I think that a) and b) apply to individuals, but d) looks as if that should be applied to clubs.
