I dont either-----i dont like where this is going,am i going to be accused of being something im not?

Maybe being fairer would help.

I've no idea who you are or what you are, it's comment based solely on the really negative posts about things that just don't merit it. I would like to think all posters on these forums are Rangers fans and I am hopeful everyone on here is.

We get rumoured to be signing a guy who's thought of as a really good player way better than we have and the only reason we have a chance of singing him is because he allegedly let women and drink take his eye off the ball. Not one single comment I seen out of loads from Mexican supporters said he was a bad player. In fact they all said he was great but could have been greater and even with his problems still better than the Scottish league .

They mostly are very slightly disappointed that very few Mexican players get to Europe from their league and when one does get a chance it's not the hardest working players. Helps if using comments from social media sources you keep the context in.

Arguably the best Rangers sides of all time drank like fish?????

It's really like you guys are desperate for us to fail and want to be able to go "told you so" more than you want success or worse.

The guy hasn't even landed in the country yet and you are talking like you are 100% correct that he will fail and it's a bad signing????

Must be amazing to be able to correctly decipher a players ability without needing to see a single bit of evidence of his ability to play the game??

Don't get all this the guy seems like a player.

The guy is a punt.

Is he worth that punt? Time will tell.

In the interim we have to trust PC, his knowledge of the player, and his man management skills.

Personally, I should rather be pessimistic, and wrong, than optimistic and wrong.

Don't get all this the guy seems like a player.

It's more seems like a player that could be a big improvement for us.

He's went for huge fees in recent years, plays for a very good national side and has been talked about in Europe quite often through the years. Add to that the obligatory YouTube vids, the odd game for Mexico people have seen him play and the testimony of fans who have watched him for years all give a positive view that he is better than the Scottish league standard.

Personally I quite like Mexican players and the tenacity they show. I think his application will go down well at Ibrox but with transfers as we all know it can all go tits up. But if you worry about every little chance of it failing we would never sign anyone.

Viva Zapata------knew this would happen, said if he filled the team with portugese and mexicans we were fecked.

Was torn apart for saying so,deary me.

And yet we haven't as yet signed a single Mexican or Portuguese. And we haven't had a single game as yet with any of them in the team. And you say you were torn apart about saying so - so, just because the boy likes a drink he will be a failure - is that what you are saying ?

Gazza liked a drink, even on match days, he didn't turn out too badly.

As previously said, seems you would prefer an opportunity to be proven right in failure rather than wrong in success.

It is laughable to complain about being torn apart when none of it has even had the chance to come to fruition. Deary me indeed.
