[FT] Ross County 1 - 3 Rangers (Morelos 31, 41; Herrera 89)

Recommended Posts

From what PC was saying there is no way Pena is starting a game anytime soon so cant see him in that line-up. I am assuming that Rossiter, Herrera are injured as well as Windass? Can anyone clarify?

Wes

Tav Alves Kiernan (reincarnated with a tan and changed his name to Cardoso!) Wallace

Jack Dorrans Candeias

Nico

Morelos Hardie

Go for it Pedro!

BTW, apparently the manager said Hodson and Alves are going on international duty. Some folk on social media suggesting they'll miss Sunday's game because of this.

Both trained today so hopefully that's not the case.

No, Rossiter and Herrera are both fit. Manager says only Windass unavailable.

Surprised both are not in some selections given how highly rated Rossiter is and that PC was on record as saying Herrera was his number one target for striker when he bought him.

I suppose we will see on Sunday.

Looking positive - we seem to have a lot of options with versatile players, formations, to the point where guessing the starting 11 and formation is very difficult, but at least makes it interesting discussions points.

Looking the other way - 6 games in and we dont have a settled side or a formation that works for us.

Not many sides win a run of games while chopping and changing players and formations every week.

We've been playing 4-4-2 since the start of the league campaign (i.e. for the last four games) and for at least two of the more recent friendlies. Only injury and red cards has seen changes to personnel and formation enforced.

Losing Windass may mean a change back to 4-2-3-1 but as Ian has shown there are options available for us to maintain the 4-4-2.
