Hibernian 1 - 2 Rangers: Player Ratings and MotM Poll

Recommended Posts

He didn't play well and continually gave the ball away cheaply but he did work hard up and down the right side so I think it's unfair to suggest he didn't care.

He's been one of our best players this season and it's a shame his form has tailed off over the last game or two. Thankfully he doesn't hide though and is still creating chances and goals.

I don't think he did work hard or at least only in periods yesterday. I saw him watching play on numerous occasions when he could have got behind the ball. He watched Tav on a 1 on 1 with Barker(?) a few times when he could have doubled up. Don't get me wrong he is normally a really good player and must be one of the one's up for the player of the year award. He didn't show it yesterday.

Yes, that's why I gave him a 4.

Throughout this season we take risks in wide areas and the likes of Candeias, Windass and Miller are often given licence to not always track back so we can break quickly. That's why sometimes players look lazier than they are. We just have to trust them to realise the most dangerous situations and cover suitably. They don't always get that right and it's frustrating.
