der Berliner 3,283 Posted July 10, 2022 Share Posted July 10, 2022 Wright has been made our "make-shift" right-winger/attacker last season and did so admirably, even though he is more of a left-winger/AM. Matondo is more or less a mirror-image of Wright regarding his attacking options, so one wonders where we`ll see either of them if Kent stays on. Middleton is back now too, still only 22 and as versatile as Wright and Matondo. Everyone expect him to leave, yet, maybe Gio wants a look at him first. Methinks he`s got a mean free-kick in him. There now is a lot of pace and skill in our front line, you just hope we put it all to good use in more attack-heavy line-ups every now and then. You had hope that Hagi will slip into a more central, creative role, but as it looks, he`ll be out for some time still.
