Beale and Banfield have a proven track record of being youth development orientated. Banfield worked under Wenger at Arsenal for years developing the likes of Fabregas & co. If we are serious about player trading we need a management who are bought in. I think they will be. Obviously they have to be bought in to winning silverware too. On paper, GvB's backroom team looked good. Going by what they did, no - especially the fitness coach.
