His last 2 years he was hardly here , coaching staff ran the team.

This is a good way to do it.

The manager needs to keep some distance between himself and the players.

I wanted Barry Ferguson but you have persuaded me that Gerrard is the man for the job.

Arsenal are interested in our youth goal keeper Rydnn McGuire. Son of Phil (former sheep).

He is very highly rated so wouldn't be surprised if he gets a move sooner rather than later.

We’re very amateurish when it comes to transfers look across the city they paid a big fee for Engels  now they could be moving him on for three times that amount .

We don't have a proven track record of developing young players, so why would he (or any other) stay?

Don't think it's all to do with our "track record". Look at the Billy Gilmour scenario, Chelsea basically made it impossible for the lad to turn down the move.

We simply can't compete with that these clubs can offer.

Reports in Albania suggest Rangers midfielder Nedim Bajrami, 26, could move on but left-back Jefte, 21, is reportedly happy at Ibrox. (Record)

Bajrami's departure is likely and he has two tabled offers. (Glasgow Times)
