Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is believed to be regretting his decision to pass on signing Liverpool duo Fernando Torres and Ryan Babel. The Guardian are reporting that Arsenal could have beaten Liverpool to the capture of the merseyside duo in the summer, but Wenger decided against splashing the cash. Last night the pair played key roles in Liverpools champions league victory over Arsenal and Wenger is now ruing his missed chance of signing the pair.
